    I did an experiment on your recipe. I added star anis for a different aroma. My daughter said it's not Korean food anymore. It's now Chinese. She ate a dozen quail eggs in one sitting! 😋😀

    Quail eggs
    6 red chilis, 6 green.
    Rinse quail eggs, slice chilis. Put quail eggs in pot. 2 cups of water (doesn’t have to cover the pot), 7 tbp soy sauce, 1 tbp oyster sauce, 3 tbp sugar, 4 cloves garlic, a bit of black pepper
    Place over high heat, once it comes to boil let it simmer for 15 mins. Stir occasionally.
    Add chilis after, turn off stove. Done

    Does it taste like adobo?

    • @housewifecooks2020
      @housewifecooks2020  Před 3 lety

      Nope... Adobo is on the salty and sour taste! This is more on salty and more on the sweetness kind of taste... you wont taste any sourness! You should try it..
