-The sous side I use: amzn.to/48Kv4dt
    -Budget friendly sous vide: amzn.to/43gIBbB
Sous Vide is my number one way to reheat BBQ, but here are two ther ways to reheat BBQ as well:
-In the oven: Set the oven for 250º F and reheat covered until desired internal temperature is reached. During the last 10-15 minutes, uncover and allow the bark to re-set.
-On the smoker: Follow the same process as you would the oven.

Darren thanks my guy! Always great content and not many channels go over this. Most families can't crush a whole brisket at once.

i fully agree. i do multiple pork butts and let them cool in the juices or even lightly freeze so i can sous vide with all the drippings and juices. its amazing. Only way to do reheated meat...period

I do this all the time. I have pulled pork, BBq chicken, pork chops ect all vac-n-freeze and ready for my sous vide, or some good hot water... This is how to cook every day in the summer to enjoy it in the winter! You Rock Darin!

What vac packer do you use for something that large? …. Can’t wait for the Brisket Cooking video it looked perfect. I’ve got to start keeping the extra, just haven’t had a way to prep it, this looks like the answer. Thanks for the great video, your channel is awesome!

Thanks for the kind words. I have like 5-6 vacuum sealers. Lately I've been using the MEAT! brand with the big bags.

Great vid! Does this still work the same if it's vac sealed but frozen?

Yes, but it’s going to take longer from a frozen state. Especially if it’s a whole brisket. Something to keep in mind. I always try to thaw in the fridge ahead of time for best results

Dammit, every time I pull up a video, I have this overwhelming urge to fire up my Pit Boss and smoke yet another brisket. Not that the wife and brats will complain, but my wallet might…
