Another excuse to jack up the tolls and bus prices for commuters because whatever it’s gonna cost triple the cost overrun by the time it’s done it’ll be three times the amount of what they said originally it was gonna cost and if they say it’s gonna be done in eight years it’ll probably take 10 to 12 years

It's time to get a whole new city. It's dingy and ancient. But the elders are stalling not wanting change they can't keep up with. Which exposes laziness and their lying....
