Just watched this... amazing how the principles remain the same over the years. :-) I did like the 10-minute rule in the tips at the end... since 2013 we have been told our attention spans are less than that of a goldfish (at 9 seconds or so) -- but I think ten minutes in a presentation sounds right. TED talks are near that amount. :-) --- Just wanted to let you know I was here. Maybe an update would be good.
The casket/elegy observation is a popular joke authored by comedian Jerry Seinfeld. At least give the author credit when using it during a speech (or CZcams "how to") video. If you don't, you could easily blow your credibility. No credibility = an less than effective presentation. It's basic knowledge for any public speaker trainer.
