How to make a custom Skull Air Cleaner!

Hey Everyone! I'm building a skull air cleaner for the hot rod! So the velocity stacks on the hot rod were cool but lets face it they weren't cool enough or tall enough! I needed the top of the blower to be seen from behind and to top it off I wanted the mouth to open when I floored it! Enjoy the building process of this wicked addition to the hot rod!
