Kadokawa only delivers it locally in Japan, the only other best try to grab it is through other distribution stores like Merch Punk. Though because theres a limited time gap to order and a long wait process, it almost always appears out of stock :'(

How did you get that? It is literally impossible to buy it from the Kadokawa Store, as they don't ship Overseas, don't accept Oversea Credit Cards and Japan can't ship Perfumes.
