OMW! Turai is one of my favorite Vegetables and while you eating my mouth is watery 😂😂 and you are right eating rice with Turai and in Chicago, Illinois, I haven’t seen this kind of Turai but it’s very close to Turai and here it’s called zucchini and I also cook the way you cooked, there’s a different method the way I cook is first I fry all the masala and then I add zucchini and let it cook on low flame and no water because all the liquid the zucchini releases.
