We have got to learn to do things the right way. You call the police, get a lawyer and go to court. Whether you have good reason or not you NEVER just walk into someone's house. Had they harmed you, it would be your fault in the eyes of the law. I hate to have the government involved with my family, but sometimes it's unavoidable. Him not answering his phone is unacceptable and she definitely should take action. Because if y'all have a court order and he disobeys it, he could end up with less and less custody and even end up behind bars.

Be calm, get your baby back and go straight to custody court. My step mom had in custody papers that my dad could not bring any girlfriends around my little sister unless he was marrying them. She had that my sister could only be left at a licensed daycare or immediate blood family members and if he violated that order he could be held in contempt of court and serve jail time or pay a fine. There’s ways to handle this if you have the right lawyer. Moving forward get your baby something like a GPS necklace or have something she keeps at all times with an AirTag on it. This is not bitter baby momma this is concerned momma not knowing where her child is.
In the previous video she stated dad said he couldn’t get the baby she said she didn’t care she taking the baby to his mom, mom tells her dad said next weekend she said no this is his day, yall getting her you need to figure it out call your son and left her baby. Now it’s just an ongoing of tit for tat and baby girl is in the middle. Looks like GMA nor dad wanted to keep her and the gf stepped in and went to get her is what looks like happened.
