- The newly launched Realme X7 Max has the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset which is touted to be faster than the Snapdragon 870 found on the OnePlus 9R. Is it really the case though? We did a speedtest comparison between the Realme X7 Max vs OnepLus 9R to find out which phone is faster in terms of benchmarks as well as app launching speeds and RAM management.

Dimensity is not optimized because this is a new procecor so that's the reason why one plus beat them when realme x7 max is new software update and optimized so one plus can't beat them 🙂😙

We can't say a pure verdict on gaming performance as 99% of these games are optimised to run perfect on Qualcomm SOCs. It doesn't mean Mediatek is falling behind. It is also worth considering that Dimensty1200 is a new addition to the current Mediatek portfolio. So definitely it requires further optimisations from the part of Mediatek and App developers. So it takes time to find a clear winner here.
Anyway both of them are good in there own ways.

Sd 787 is nearly with dimensiry 1200 ,sd 870 and sd 888 far better than dimensiry,only on paper dimensiry close to sd 870 but in practicle close to sd 778
For normal usage any of these two will be good. But for intense gaming, longevity and better camera always with snapdragon powered Oneplus phone!

Bro, the next time you do a speed test please check if you have cleared the apps cache memory because cache memory in already used phones helps the app load faster and show desirable screen. When you compare an already used phone to a new phone cached memory could load faster.

In my opinion , Snapdragon are the best processors for gaming and for longer usage and when it's is compared to Dimensity processors they are also best for gaming but not as good as SD processor for longer usage , and Dimensity processors have some heating issues and optimization issues after some period of time , in prices SD is expensive and Dimensity processors are cheaper and value for money .
Display quality of 9r is better than X7 especially blacks of 9R
