1 mile per gallon of fuel…..did I hear Aaron right? I’m guessing the guys ran outta time during fabrication to really get a chance to test the truck a bunch before the race? I’ve never heard of gas mileage like that other than dragsters. I never realized how much has to be taken into consideration for a race like this. Obviously it’s super demanding, as the number of those that actually finished the race shows. WOW! What a demanding race….I had no clue until this video
In the the Ken block video they did a while ago revealing his desert racing truck, he said his truck got 2 miles to the gallon. So I would say that's a normal thing for these guys. I believe they said he had a 92 gallon tank on his truck.
