Dalgona Coffee Recipe | How To Make Dalgona Coffee 3 Ways | Ditch the Starbucks Foam

- The whipped coffee trend has been going around for a few months and I finally decided to show you my version and also show you how to make the trending TikTok Dalgona Coffee three different ways with the whipped coffee. This coffee whip goes by make names such as Magic Coffee Whipped Cream, Whipped Coffee, Dalgona Whipped Coffee, Magic Coffee, Cloud Coffee, Creamy Coffee Mousse, Frosty Coffee (and many more names) and the possibilities are endless on what you can do with it. I love to make Dalgona Coffee with it, but you can use it to frost cupcakes and other desserts, you can even eat it as is. The whipped coffee is whipped so it has really stiff peaks and the sugar makes it hold its shape for hours! It really is better than Starbucks foam. It’s smooth, creamy, cloud like and frothy. Basically, if you love coffee, this recipe is a must try and its only 3 ingredients that you probably have hanging out around your house.
🔴If you want to make less or more, the ratio is one part instant coffee, two parts water and three parts sugar.

🔴Dalgona Coffee Recipe | 3 Ingredients Coffee Whip
1/3 cup (18 g) instant coffee
1 cup (192 g) sugar
2/3 cup (156) room temperature water
In a bowl of a standing mixer (you can use a hand mixture) add in instant coffee, sugar and water and whip on high until coffee mixture thickens and increases in volume and lightens in color (about 5-8 minutes). Make sure sugar is completely dissolved and you are read to serve. You can add this to hot or cold iced milk or black coffee and top it with the coffee whip and make Dalgona Coffee or top in on desserts. Enjoy!

You can use a frother to make a much smaller amount. And honey works
I have been making this for a long time. It whips up great with a hand mixer or a singer hand mixer with a whisk attachment. :D And I use close to 2 teaspoons coffee and maybe one and a half scant teaspoons of sugar, water, I use from 1/2 to 1 1/2 Tbs. The less water the faster it whips and the more water the fluffier it will get. :) Hey before whipping add your fave flavouring

It suprises me all the time as well! I can't get over it, I tried with milk and it didn't work so it's really interesting that only water works. I think some guy here on CZcams goes into the science behind it but I didn't get to watch the video.

If you can't have coffee this also works with roasted grains like pero or any other brand of roasted grain beverage. Just replace the coffee with what ever brand you like.

I made this today, it came out so good I amazed myself, lol. I have been craving this drink for so long, I see it all over the internet and keep saying to my husband that I have to make this, none of the cafes we go to make this. I don't understand because it's easy and affordable. Funny thing happened, as I was making the recipe I was making it for an experiment and an afertnoon treat for myself. I made brownies as a treat for hubby and figured I would use some of the leftover mix for the brownies. Well hubby came home early and when he saw what I was making he said is that the coffee thing you keep talking about? I made two drinks using the cold milk version and it was so good, he thought it was a mochaccino! I told him there is no chocolate in it and he said it sure tasted like mocha. For only three simple ingredient and five minutes in my stand mixer I can't believe how good this is, and I'm a coffee snob. I made it this way but it wasn't the same😭I was making it in a hand mixer and my hands hurt a lot. Then I added eggs before the coffee I was making. I thought maybe it would be similar. But it wasn't the same😂 Then I mixed it with ice milk and added ice and it was delicious but it seemed like something was missing and everything I put it in a blender and mixed it 😂 But the taste was not bad. My brother and sister liked it. 😅

I tried it just now and I followed every step and it doesn't work, it didn't give me the thickness, it was runny and not good, it mixed with the milk really fast and it tasted super bad
Hi, it sounds like you may have not added enough sugar. The sugar helps it thicken and makes the coffee tasty 🙂

That's what I use and it's super yummy! The brand I use is Via Roma Espresso Instant Coffee
