- This easy homemade 3 ingredient ice cream will be your new favorite!
Combine the following & mix until soft peaks form:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (for vanilla flavored ice cream use 2 TBSP)
- Additional flavoring (optional)
If adding in fresh fruit, fold in after peaks have formed.
Freeze for 4-5 hours before consuming.

This is a dead simple recipe, not to mention that the flavor and texture is excellent! There will be no more commercial ice cream in my house from here on out.

Mix frozen bananas, cacao and tbs of vanilla ... Better and healthier.
If you dont have heavy whipping cream I found that evaporated milk is a great substitute in the same amount. As long as you don’t mind the bubbles it tastes amazibgg

Do you mix the whipping cream by itself first an then fold in the condensed milk or do you mix both together right away? I've seen conflicting directions and I don't wanna mess it up

I made the same thing with the same Walmart ingredients but chocolate flavored and it definitely tastes way better than store bought ice cream. Even the texture is better and it doesn't melt as fast.
I like it with condense milk, & cream, even evaporated cream in a can. Add vanilla essence & milk chocolate Flakes. Yummy, great video. Banana essence would be delicious too.
I can confirm that this is better than any ice cream I’ve tried anywhere else. Even top of the range expensive ice cream shops. I’ve made it this way for years and you will not beat it
I've made chocolate ice cream in the past and use 4 oz Baker's chocolate, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, and 2 cups heavy whipping cream. Of course, separately whip the cream, then combine them all. Very sweet - I imagine if I used cocoa powder instead it would tone it down a bit, OR evaporated milk instead of sweetened condensed. Just experiment with what works best for you. One thing FOR SURE - it's way better than store bought and less airy, and no chemicals. Has the creamy consistency of the inside of a Dove bar.

I use ground cardamom. I grind it down with a mortar and pestle and add it to the sweetened condensed milk
I add 2 egg yokes to mine to give it more of an old fashioned ice cream flavor. I just microwave half of the sweetened condensed milk until it is 140 degrees and mix in the egg and then stick that in the freezer for 15 minutes. I add cardamom, maple syrup and walnuts to mine
How do you add the cardamom? While boiling, or in powder form? I LOVE cardamom. I'd love to add some to mine too! ❤
Heres a really good recipe
A can of chilled evaporated milk
A chilled bowl (preferably overnight)
A few capfuls of vanilla extract depending on strength
1 cup of powdered sugar or confectioners sugar.
Add everything to the bowl and whip untill slightly thickened.
Freeze for about 1-2 hrs
Whip till really thick
Freeze till solid.
I like to rewhip every hour or so to make sure it doesn’t destabilise so it turns out really really smooth. Its real nice so try it our
I also make this ice-cream but I sometimes use cool whip to reduce fat and calories that heavy cream has. The results are exactly the same..

What’s wrong with the fat?
I had open heart Triple bypass surgery in 2018, so 8 months ago I started intermittent fasting 16/8, 2 meals a day, skipping my morning meal, no snacking, and now after 8 months and changing what I eat… My 1st meal is at 12:00 noon, I start with 2 Tablespoons of Sauerkraut, then an Avocado, followed by proteins, ie… bacon, & eggs fried in Butter, I have gone from 350+ lbs down to 204 lbs. reversed my Type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, eliminated my neuropathy, depression and no longer taking BP meds, Statin drugs, & Depression/Anti-anxiety meds. I’m 70 and have yet to get into an exercise routine…🎉…If you’re interested, I can show you how easy it is.

The texture is quite different from regular ice cream. It’s extremely creamy and kinda feels like it leaves a residue on the roof of your mouth, likely due to the high fat content. I added banana nesquik mix to mine because I wanted ice cream that tasted like banana taffy lol it’s very sweet

I’ve looked at alternative recipes because the texture is unpleasant. It has a porridge like texture the second it starts to thaw.
For me, although it’s delicious, it’s too sweet, so, I’m going to try 4 cups of heavy cream, one can of condensed milk, one can of evaporated milk and vanilla, maybe won’t be as sweet but still delicious.
How did it turn out?

I have been searching for an easy simple quick recipe for ice cream! I can’t thank you enough! I’m making ( for the kids and grandkids and grandma😁) a black licorice ice cream like baskin and robbins used to make. This will make it great just add licorice flavor and black food dye. Ty!
One of my absolute favorite popsicles growing up whenever popsicle Joe would go around, was something called Sharks. They were licorice flavor, but had NO dye in them! As a kid that was terribly exciting too!

Try heavy whipping cream, sugar and vanilla instead of condensed milk. It'll put more air bubbles in making it more fluffy. 1-2 cups heavy whipping cream

Oh wow, adding the condensed milk to the unwhipped heavy cream and whipping them together?..I never knew you could add liquids to unwhipped cream. I thought the cream wouldn't thicken..68 yrs old and still learning..❤
The reason that the cream whips is due to the high fat content, if you add stuff that doesn't reduce the overall fat content too much it should still whip

This shit isn’t bad but it’s not real ice cream. It’s still good but it’s so sweet and has that certain condensed milk taste unlike authentic ice cream with cream milk and sugar. not sure if it’s worth it being that it’s more expensive to make than just getting ice cream.

You’d likely need to add a neutral cooking oil to the rice milk to get it to whip. But you won’t know until you try it!

Erm yeah this recipe failed bc i over whipped it next time please actually put how long it needs to be whipped
Mine was going well but then after 12 mins of whisking is became a little chucky
You over whipped the whipping cream or heavy cream and hence it separated into butter. You need to be careful as it comes close to forming the hard peaks - when you're whisking and it starts leaving lines, be watchful
How long do I mix it for ?
Totally dependent on the temperature of the bowl, the ingredients, the ambient air, and your particular mixer and its speed. You’re done when you have stiff peaks. Mixing on high with a chilled bowl and ingredients in a cool house it’s usually done in about 4-5 minutes.

I don't know for sure because I've never made this one. However, I do know that many ice cream recipes say you need to take it out of the freezer several times and stir it to keep it from turning into a rock.

Reg ice cream with all the sugar etc will give u DB. not this recipe. use country crock plant based hwc and unsweet lite coconut cream. add in some swerve confectioners sugar etc. and a little salt.
