2016 Yamaha R1 constant misfire

After a mild lowside crash, the bike now has a constant misfire on cylinder 4. I swapped the coils with cylinder 1 (which isn't misfiring) but it didn't change.

Any more info? I have a 2016 R1S and I'm having a similar issue. Except I think my problem might be fuel.

I had a valve spring snap on mine and it spluttered and misfired also!
