In my area, mobile homes installed with screw piles are much more susceptible to frost heave and settling. Also screw piles require extra bracing otherwise the trailer will be wobbly.

That really is a much smarter looking system.
A slight exaggeration. Piers are dug and filled with concrete on the same day normally. With bad weather though I can see the benefit here.
not if you have to get the holes inspected. But I know what you mean about the graphic being an exaggeration.
@@Shirinjanat least with mine they were inspected on the same day and I had 89 piers
The cost of using concrete is a lot more reasonable
