Great video. Beautiful socks and colors! 🧦 It was super interesting to hear your thoughts about media / comms / film. Especially about AI. I wonder if you'd ever make a video like "15 books to read; blogs you should follow; these are the important people/voices and Eva's opinion on what they're saying" which would be great for us to learn a bit. Because I get the impression that, rather than just consuming the content and being swept up by what AI is producing, we could all do a bit more thinking about the impact that AI will have (or is having?) to our culture. RE the contrast of cady being raised in africa & having no idea about highschool, teenagehood & girlhood: one could also criticize that specific point as tina fey’s writing of this also suggests that these 3 specific aspects don’t really exist in africa & thus highlight that this is a solely american perspective with slight (quite obvious at times) xenophobic and/or racist tones! really love hearing about your opinions on academic writing & essays in general in your vlogs!
