One good thing about this channel is , the background radio or songs from tv , people gossiping in their local language about day to day problem, and noises from vehicles depicted in every video are not at all irritating. It feels like we are physically present there enjoying the food. This raw video is far better than those with unwanted editing, color effects and background music. Actually all these came from Machilipatnam which is famous for these type of mashala...
He is slicing paneer pakoda and to make a chat. His mixing bowl also coconut shell. Although I wish he was using spoon to mix them.

Whats makes difference , if he mix in that COconut Shells or a good clean vessel. ?? OMG.... people are insane and this is happening as people are encouraging ....
I agree he should have used a spoon. But actually there was a traditional way since olden days for this kind of snacks usually called as Muntha masala. Muntha was a coconut shell was used to mix the ingredients but at my place Guntur they use coconut shell along with a small wooden stick kind of spoon. And the person makes it very hygiene and he takes good bath and does Pooja and come to work in evening.
Also the coconut shell is neatly scrapped off and used. It's not dirty it's just its brown color
