Poke is usually raw tuna that is coated in some sauce. Very popular in Hawaii
I have to say we have just got back from Europe and currently I think Aussie is cheaper to buy in a lot of things, we found no bargains and restaurants were super pricey so didn’t eat out much.

We were there for 8 nights. For a first timer I would say that time frame is good. I would stay in Waikiki the first time imo
