I created it because so many clients really need support and I simply couldn't support all of them individually. I am doing my first FB live on Saturday. Fingers crossed! My main takeaway was the way you explained: how to conduct yourself in a group setting. Your presentation was delivered with great clarity. Yep but then you'd be driving traffic to that other content. Works to show yourself as helpful though.

I like to use the Facebook Groups to get the name out. Things like free contests, give-aways, items to win. Everyone wants something for free. For these things I require a like, share and comment and in the comment post a facebook friends name that would be interested. These spread like wild fire. Once they have joined liked and follow you on Facebook then they will see your posts. That's where we can then let them know about services or items for sale or how we can help.

yes they can, but it is in part determined by their settings and the algorithm.
Interesting, how so? I get the part of their settings (they need to be allowing "all" the notifications for the group to appear on their timeline opposed to highlights) but how does the Algorithm also play a part in groups? If you have a video on this would love to watch, pls share a link
BrightMinds the algorithm promotes engagement. So if a topic gets a lot of likes/comments, it's promoted to more group members. Of course there's no proof of this by Facebook officially, but if you run a group, you can see a pattern. I conducted an informal test of this inside my FB group and the more engagement the test post got, the more people commented with "I just saw this". So clearly they were only being shown the post once it reached a certain traction level.
