Hello! I’m Winona and I’m a sophomore at UC Davis. I hope you enjoyed this Davis dorm tour video I made with my friends and I hope we were able to give you a good idea of what’s to come! p.s. i'm especially happy with how this one turned out because i can finally showcase this underrated dorm online. although Regan is not up to par with the other dorms on campus, we have grown to love this hub and i'm glad i was put into this summer camp cabin n met these good humans. x stay tuned to meet three more good humans in the next few weeks :)

I didn't even know the quad rooms existed until I looked at my assignment. This video is a bit helpful in getting a better understanding of what I'm in for. Really stressed about the lack of space tbh. Like those desks are just crammed in. Can't believe they are charging $4200 for each of us to room there! $1680/week income off those quads!
I felt this but we somehow made it work.. it helps that we were able to put things under our beds
The desk extensions make the desk room extremely cramped. My advice would be to not use them. The biggest problem with the quads isn't actually the layout, but instead your 3 other roommates. If you get roommates you get along with and they don't live like slobs then chances are you'll end up liking the quad rooms. The best part of the quad room is the fact that the bedrooms are separated from the "work"/desk room. This means that you or your roommates can go to bed at any time and you don't have work in the dark or worry about waking them up with your working. Price is indeed bullshit though, but rumor has it that Regan hall will be demolished in 2026 so hopefully future students won't have to endure the musty and overpriced rooms of Regan hall.
i'm moving into a regan quad this fall so this was super helpful!!

Hey! Sorry for the delay but Alder, Thompson, and and Miller (aka. ATM) are the newest ones and the rest are the older ones. I believe Regan Hall is the oldest out of them all.

Regan is definitely my favorite
Old , dirty and bad smell. Loudly when someone ran up stairs. Neutral gender bathroom is bad at this dorm
the bg music is a lot louder than your talking volume but ill live w/it lol
