but what happens when the form is not send successfully? Then the thank you page still get´s shown and the customer thinks everything is fine...
If the form is unsuccessful, it should not redirect. I would test this first and if still redirecting, then there's a bug

Hi, Is there any way to redirect the user to a _blank page (target document to open in a a separate page). It's useful when you offer a free doc and you don't want the user to actually leave your site once redirected. Thank you.
I did a quick search and looks like this takes a bit more customization. Possibly some JS to be added. It would be really helpful for marketing purposes and I see it has been brought up to Elementor on Github, but lets see if they respond. Another option could be to create a popup with the download so when someone fills out the form, their download pops, up, they stay on the page, and you capture the lead.

How can we send email verification link with elementor
This would be done in the “Action after submit” section using the Email2 option. It is a bit more of a process to explain here, but here’s a link that shows more. Maybe I’ll do a video on this in the future. I just added to my list.

it didn't redirect to thank you page in mine it says undefined what I do? it says undefined when I submit the form
Sounds like the page is not defined. Make sure to put the full URL in the space asking for the page to be redirected to. Don't abreviate with /page/

I tried to make a submission to see if it works. But it says ''your submission failed because the form is invalid'' how do i fix that ?
This might be because one of your form fields have no ID. Go into your fields (name, email and message field) to the advanced tab and look for an empty ID. If you find one, add in the name of the field just to have something in there
