Just another day in paradise - A feel-good kayak day trip in crystal clear water in Norway

- A favorite kayaking / paddling hotspot is Bramskjæra outside Nevlunghavn (Havna) in the southeast part of Norway. This small and sleepy fishing village has the North Sea as its neighbour and are exposed to the waves and wind coming in from the open sea. A small archipelago protects the harbour from the hash elements, and this archipelago is a fantastic paddling spot. I get Lofoten vibes kayaking here, even though we are in the outer most part of the Oslofjord - the largest fjord in Norway - without the steep mountain sides
Truly a day in paradise! What a beautiful spot. And the music accentuates the beauty of it all.
Thanks for your positive comment. 👍Very nice place, and I were overall quite satisfied with the video
Nice video. A beautiful place to paddle!
Thanks😀 yes, it is a very nice place. It is not allways like this though. This place is very exposed to the North Sea and it is often rough condidions our there. On rough days it is a popular place for kayaking rockhopping.
Wow, looks a stunning location. Do you get to see much wildlife there too?
Thanks. There are seals here, mostly around the most remote reefs. And we have once seen a shoal of small whales, belive the term is porpoise?
Wow, amazing. What type of camera did you use and how and where did you mount it? Thanks
Thanks. I got a Insta360 X3 prior to last summer, and recorded 2 trips during the summer, using the invisible selfistick connected to a claw mount which I clamped onto the cockpit rim in different positions. Then spent some time learning the Insta studio and how to reframe the footage to create a more dynamic video. I really like the opportunities in a 360 camera.
@@rustacross1254 thanks for reply. I will definitely get one too!
