      A lot of homes that dates back to the same period typically look the same. A lot of the homes now in jersey city have similar layouts. For example, 2 families back in the 1910-1940s look similar. Very distinct look and they are majority here in JC. When we had a construction boom in the 2000s a lot of multi family built then were similar. You’re seeing that now in 2020s seeing the same similar new construction multi families. It is what it is you know? As long as there’s demand for the product it’ll always be there
