    Mark what you are saying is true, and I fully back you. Being a person with a disability, with no help from selfish neighbours , as soon I saw what was happening, I knew I had to make a plan to used a family friends business, a village store to do my shopping twice a week. As long as a order a head, they were fine to help me. As like you, I cannot handle supermarkets now, with the way people are panic buying, and once Boris finally closed the pubs, cafes and restaurants on Friday. Saturday when I went into a supermarket people where standing in the aisles, having full conversations, blocking the aisle, poor over work supermarket staff too frightened to say anything. That was me out. Keep up the good work mate, you are getting me through this. From a life long Liverpool fan.

    My favourite football game I’ve played in was the league final. We were top of the league throughout, but another team had games in hand. Near the end of the season we took our foot off the gas cuz we were so far ahead and the other team with games in hand had to win their last 4/5 games to equal us… They did and we had to play a final - we won it 3-2, last few moments were intense and I remember wiping someone out when they were gonna counter in the last few minutes. Lifting the title like that was a much better feeling than being top throughout…

    • @lewispolden

      SSJSHD GAMER this is total fiction

    • @Ssjs998
      @Ssjs998 Před 4 lety

      Questioning my life? How’s it too dramatic? We were top throughout - they had games called off due to bad weather (which was normal in Sunday league football). We saw the gap and thought we won it, they caught up. Finished level points and played a final at a neutral ground and we won it 3-2… Remember it vividly - it was a nice hot summers day. Some finals/seasons are dramatic…
      You’re watching a United fans channel: I’m not saying we scored 2 goals to win 2-1 in added time (1999 CL final) but things more dramatic than my Sunday league experience have happened. It was my only league win so I remember it proudly.

    • @Ssjs998
      @Ssjs998 Před 4 lety

      Da Ting Go Skrrr Thank you, the other guy said it was ‘total fiction’ which is what made me reply 👍…
      Dramatic is a lot better looking back if you won but in the moment it’s intense and if you lost it’s frustrating because u were so close. But yes, dramatic is the best way to win things… Have a good day in isolation on YT 👍 (like me😂)

    Well said Mark. People need to realize that we are all connected all over the world...your actions, affect me and my actions affect the next person from Canada who then affects the next person from Singapore etc....we need to realize that unless every single person in the world is totally aligned to the same ideology, which is to do whatever it takes to beat this thing, we will not overcome this. We either get through this together or we go down together - this truly is the biggest test of humanity in recorded history in my opinion.

    It’s sad times - in Wednesday I saw my Nan for the last time for 13 weeks… Her doctor called her to say she has to self-isolate for that long so we took a last visit because we see her every week and it’s going to be long.
    We’re doing this but idiots, as Mark says, are going to make this process longer than what it should be. My nans neighbour is old too, but says he sneaks out because they can’t keep him locked up in his house 🤦‍♂️… ffs!
    I’m here hoping my Nan stays safe, and you get idiots like that. But there’s idiots at both ends. The other end are people thinking this is the apocalypse and bulk buying supplies to last the year so my mum had to visit 5/6 shops just to buy my Nan some hand wash and toilet paper because she’s too old to get around especially with this virus.

    Completley agree with you here Mark, many people i know are not taking this seriously. I even know someone with a weak immune system who is still going out! Thats the madest thing iv heard! As you know i did comment in Feb on one of your videos saying i had a serious flu, SINCE THEN i have literally not left the house, i have illness's myself to be honest so i just can't afford this, i couldn't even afford the bad flu i did have (which i suspect was maybe this Virus). I know its hard for some people, i really do but we are doing this for the good in the future, our future will be worse for longer if we don't do this short term thing first.
    Sorry for the rant Mark, but its because i just strongly agree with you tbh, i haven't even been to see my mother today so yes its very hard, its very difficult, but people have to in a way think of their loved ones for this, do you want the people you love to suffer? I don't think so.

      Hand sanitizer isn't a viable way of stopping the contagion it's passed on through the respiratory system, hand washing is being advised as it's generally good practice, but it's relevance to this pandemic is negligible

      Liam Jones don’t spread inaccurate information. People can easily pass the virus by sneezing or coughing into their hand then touch public surfaces like atm’s where the virus can live for at least 3 days. If the virus is on a public surface like an atm and people touching that touch their eye’s, ears, nose or mouth they can get infected. Washing hands is the strongest weapon we have against it.

    I have read reports about people still going to beach resorts and national parks as if nothing has changed and that their attitude is that Covid-19 won't affect them. This makes me so angry as I am now working from home and staying indoors to avoid catching it and passing onto someone like my dad who is vulnerable because of his COPD. I am taking government advice in terms of cutting myself off from others to ensure that the restrictions are lifted sooner but because of so many selfish people, my isolation is going to last longer. People seem to think it won't happen to them and won't take it seriously until they either get it or someone close to them dies from it. People need to wake up and smell the coffee as we are on course to be like Italy unless people change their behaviour.
