The best time to practice no-look practices is during shootarounds. I go out of my way to rebound for guys and intentionally try to only pass to them out of my peripheral vision. Eventually, it becomes a habit.
A very good point. Always be challenging yourself - even when doing something that most players find boring like rebounding.

It seems like pretty much all of these no looks happen in the paint
it's not just the eyes it's the body language, small pass fakes, etc. you've gotta really sell those look-offs and i'm not sure if it's really something anyone can teach.
