Scam 1992 i have heard in every episode of that series still gives you goosebumps. They must have played it 100 times in that series itself but never gets old. And mind that, it's not even action that goes along with it, it's just solid dialogues
Any day the the actor the bgm and the dialogues, this is all time best for me till date.

Sony liv is doing amazing job with their series. Scam 1992 is a masterpiece, for me it has the best bgm. Achint composed bgm for Rocket boys too on Sony liv which I also found amazing.
6/10 of them are by Anirudh. There is a video of his top 10 bgm as well should check that out as well.

Scam 1992 is an insanely good (true stock market story) web series to watch on streaming! Amazing.
If you want to do a south indian movie with great action and bgm i would recommend 'vikram'(the bgm at no. 9 and 7 are from vikram) one of Anirudh's best work is in vikram.
True. Unlike the overhyped other stuff that works only due to the hero, Vikram is a genuinely good action film. It has solid story and great performances - the action and the music only makes it that much better

You should check out BGMs by a r rahman...that will give a different sound from these one. These are all mass action movies, thats why the edm/heavy on beats kind of feel. There are soft BGMs as well which probably you guys will like more.

I highly recommend movie Vikram. It's super fun. And most of the music are by Anirudh. Lokiverse and Rolex are also from Vikram. There's one more song 'Once a upon a time' its a dope. Don't miss it

For your question about who makes the background scores for these films, we have music directors (the ones's compose music) across India. The film director would narrate the story to the music director (MD) and MD will come up with tunes, singles and background scores for the given story. The music director would have his own team of musicians and technicians to compose the tunes. Once composed they go to renowned playback singers (sometimes the composers sing themselves too) to get the end product into the films. So these background scores are based on the story that was probably narrated and how the director of the film wanted the vibe to be.
We want a pop album podcast guys 😅 they were really popular back in the day and the songs hold so much nostalgia. Sonu, shaan, falguni, pankaj udaas, Bombay vikings etc are some of the biggest names with great albums

The Music Directors are the ones who usually make the BGM for the movie as well.

03:40 so these music tracks are basically film sound tracks composed by the music director for the film. Think of theme tracks for superhero characters like wonder woman or prowler from spiderman into the spider verse or winter soldier from captain america: winter soldier. These are basicall just that but for the heroes and whenever the hero is doing heroic stuff or villains doing villainic stuff these back ground musics are played.
