I plan on going to Lancaster Uni even tho it’s years away so it’s nice to see how the room is and know that my long legs could fit on a bed there 😭
My daughters starting 3rd year. She stayed where you said on the video is a suntrap in the Grizedale townhouses for first year. She loved sultans in first year, but now subway is her go to place on campus. It is a lovely uni. Everytime we come up to visit we often find a little nook or cranny hidden away on campus and eat something from Greggs :)

Wow I went to this uni way back in the mid 2000s. That place is palace now compared to what we had!
Added to this I think there were 12 of us and we only had 2 small fridges (I think!! Either that or just 1) and 1 small freezer for all of us. We also didn’t have cupboards to put our food in and just had little tiny mini lockers. Our kitchens were half the size of yours and we had 1 oven and cooker to share between all of us. My dorm was knocked down since.
I will be joining Lancaster University in October this year. Hopefully for a good time. thanks for the video.

How much does this accommodation cost?
Is Phd in Lancaster fully funded?
Hi I have been offered a place at Lancaster and would love to go as the course seems brill. I am just worried about parking as I don’t qualify for a parking place. Do people take cars for their first year ? I am just really in need of a car as I need to visit my siblings / girlfriends and train connections are limited. Are there parking spaces in the uni vicinity ? Or any other tips on where to park ? Thank you 😌
Thank you for commenting! How exciting you might go to Lancaster Uni, you’ll love it!! Most people that live on campus didn’t tend to take cars because it’s easy to get around with the frequent buses. You also have to pay for a permit which ends up being pretty pricy, but you certainly can do that there are loads of places to park around the university 🫶
Don’t they provide toilet rolls in superior en suite?
No not in superior en-suite. Your bathroom is yours only so you clean it and buy things for it. Hope you enjoy uni!
