this video is freaking great. now i know what colors i need to tone down or lighten up my colors. like shades of brown, shades of gray, and as usual black and gray.
Thank you this video has been really helpful !!!, I'm an apprentice in UK and you have just helped me so much with regards to the iPad hack to finding the colour tones, iv also started writing down what inks I've mixed together (drop count) for future reference.
@@MikeFloresTattoo Thank you for replying ill be looking forward to it! if you ever make a patreon ill gladly subscribe for sure! Your work is awesome!
Dope vid another way to do mute the colors instead of adding black or grey is by adding its complementary color the to cap you are filling it will mute the color but still keep it rich
This video is AMAZING!! I’m trying to learn tattoo on my own since it’s difficult to look for a spot as an apprenticeship but there aren’t many videos specifying the process of mixing colors for ink but this vid is definately a life saver🥹 Thank you for this🙏 i just wanna add one question. Are there any ink that has neon colors? Like Hot pink, neon green or yellow, and etc?
Thank you! You can mix red and orange and white to get hot pink but tattoo ink colors are very limiting. You kinda have to fake your way with contrasting colors to make this look “hot pink”
Bro awesome video great way to show how to mix colors. Learned something new today appreciate it. Can’t wait for the next video.
absolutely much more coming! Thanks for watching.

What app are you using on your Galaxy tablet ?
Procreate it’s only on iPad I believe
For colour realism would you recommend mixing on tube or pre mix like this ? Also organising colours is this dark to light ?
I prefer mixing in tube but I was just trying to show my apprentice how colors mix just for practice
Unless I’m covering a large area with the same color, which I almost never do because I like the variation adds to realism
@@MikeFloresTattoo Cheers Mike nice work.
