She's really put her heart and soul into this wonderful rural Japanese island! Having lived there herself, and also the fact that she's made a web novel about it too is incredible. This island tour is full of so so much inspo!

This is one of the most incredible islands I've seen so far. I've seen a lot of pretty ones, and extremely detailed ones, but this one feels like a real, lived-in town. It's got decay and overgrowth, everything feels like it has a story.
I totally agree! It feels like a place already know! From a story or from my past even though I've never been there haha
It looks like a town from a Ghibli, so peaceful but with little bits of mystery! Really wish I could visit a town like this IRL

My Son just bought me a Switch and ACNH and I'm obsessed. I'd love some Japanese themed items; so far I've only one 👘. I had an opportunity many years ago to live in Japan and I ended up pregnant and got married, so that dream went. I'm now 60 and kicking myself for the missed opportunity. Some day though I'll visit. I'm especially keen on visiting Northern Japan, and of course doing a few touristy things.

I enjoy watching island tours but the voiceovers bore me. Yours doesn’t and I think it’s maybe because of the accent lol the usual American accent just doesn’t keep me intrigued on the tour. Plus your knowledge on Japan added more to the tour guide vibes lol. Top notch tour 🙌🏼 totally agree that clutter is so well here!! Cluttered islands just are 🤮 with the exception of this island.
