So, all of those parks, rec. centers, natural preserves etc. are free to Nocatee residents?

It’s covered by the yearly CDD fee so we can access them at no additional cost whenever we want. Residents also receive 24 guest passes so we can share our awesome pools with visitors 😁

Hi Luis thank you for explaining the fees. The CDD I get but what does HOA covers in the neighborhood community.?

    • @LuisMarquez80

The general upkeep of the neighborhood you live in (common area lawn care, street lights, playgrounds, etc...)

Did I miss it, but what is the general range of the CDD. I could browse people's property tax records, but was hoping for a range like your provided for the HOA.

Ryan, here is what you'll pay in CDD depending on the size lot:
      40ft wide $1769
      50ft wide $2034
      60ft wide $2095
      70ft wide $2258

You didn't say how much the CDD charge is.

Do you have access to other nocatee community's amenities if you live in one of the nocatee community. It would be nice to have a all-access pass :>

3:20 That water slide looks like a blast for kids. That is one thing I did love as a kid. But I would comment, I never spent 1 minute in a public "playground" as a child. We had play equipment in our family yard, a sandbox, my school had all kinds of cool stuff outside like a vine forest, trails, garden paths, monkey bars, a swimming pool, on and on. But never did my parents subject me to a public playground. I don't have a dog, but if I did, it would play in my fenced back yard, and no need for a bunch of other people's dogs. Save your people's money. Fight crime and build more pools and fitness centers. Thanks.

Not Thanks, I'm sure there are other places in Fla. that are cheaper to live in. Maybe better to buy your own home and pay the taxes. HOA and CCD are too much money. All sales pros need to be honest and real !
