Finally, I assume the Residence has the health club with a great pool. And there must be a restaurant or two in this property. Finally, the outside showing of the height if the Residence and design is very breath taking. Many if the Ritz Properties around the world are beautiful. Thank you for this tour. The new Residences by Ritz Carlton has a beautiful design that is pleasing to the eyes. I like the Caesar marble kitchen, I like the marble bathroom. I like the master bedroom view of the sea. It is like the bedroom is on top of the sea. I like the living room and glass dining room. Last I like the tribal necklace on the wall.

Wow, what a difference between the Ritz MIA (Sunny isles Beach) versus the Ritz FLL; it is like night and day. The layout, the finishes and the decor of this particular unit is boderline perfection. Peter all that was missing was a glass of champagne in your hand to complete the picture. Be safe, go vote!

California takes about 1/3 of my check but property taxes are so low. Florida takes out 0 from my check but property taxes are so high. California is always sunny but the beaches are ugly. Florida has crazy weather but the beaches are beautiful. California's people are so full of themselves. Florida's people are always on the news for the craziest things. There's so much to think about!!!! I really want to move to Florida(Miami) but Idk😂
Everything you said about Florida is so true. I was born in Miami and let me tell you it's a beautiful place. I'd say make sure your financially stable with no doubt of you falling behind. Miami can be expensive but it's a place worth retiring at. So beautiful.

I didn't quite understand the laundry closet: I would repurpose it. I can imagine stepping out of the master bedroom into the oceanfront balcony for a morning espresso. The Italian kitchen with blonde wood is perfect, and I liked the arrangement of the breakfast nook (for my cappuccino and chocolate croissant,} family room, bedrooms and baths. When I watch your videos of your expansive residences, I can't help but ponder where as a buyer I range between Downton Abbey's English aristocrat Lady Mary and Canadian industrialist Sir Richard Carlisle shopping Hacksby Park. Lady Mary: It's so empty. I didn't know they'd gone. Sir Richard Carlisle: They've given up. Lady Mary:.... What'll we do about furniture and pictures and everything? Sir Richard Carlisle: What does anyone do? Buy it, I presume. Lady Mary: Your lot buys it. My lot inherits it. We ought to be getting back. Sir Richard Carlisle: Why? What's at Downton that needs your attention so urgently? So, shall we rescue it? Shall we give the house another chapter? Lady Mary: Well, I suppose one has to live somewhere. Your presentation makes this grand space seem a comfortable relaxing home, and I can imagine just a few designer furnishings that I would replace with my own heirloom pieces.
