Ok new video daal denge
Never connect earthing pin to heatsink. It can damage 2030 ic. Because earthing pin provide 0 voltage, while heatsink isn't isolated to the ic, that provide -15 voltage, because of full bridge rectifier. If you connect earthing pin to heatsink, that means you shots the 0 volt and -15 volt together. That's cause serious damage, it can blow up the IC even the Transform.

Dhanyabad ! Hum kabse ye wala woofer thik karneka tarika dhoond rahethe jo app ne bataya. Mera pas bhi yeh IT-2000 Intex kala wala speaker/subwoofer hai , jisme right channel output nehin aaraha hai. Volume button bhi thoda chid chid kar raha hai. Kya app output (right channel) check aur thik karne ka tarika bata sakte hain. Mujhe lagta hai do resistance jo kala dikhta hai, sayad jal gaya hai. App kahen to uska photo bhej dunga..Please help and guide me.

Thanks bhai, mere pass bhi Intex ka same subwoofer hai. Maine left side ki TDA2030 ki IC replace kar di hai aur 2 main capacitor bhi replace kar diye hai. Ab sound output play hota hai but 2 minute mein kharkhar chalu ho jati hai jiske wajah se gana samjh me nahi aata
Aur replace kiya 2030 IC bahut garam hota hai.
Subwoofer continuity okay hai par main board me se nahi chal pata hai. Kya problem ho sakti hai ?

Nice video and very informative. I have one problem with my Intex it 2000 woofer 2.1 ch. After replacing one ic 2030 when I connect input sound is very low after it sets on full volume but sound is on lower side. I still not rectified problem. Please help

Lekin mujhe ek chees janna hai, pcb board se sub woofer ke liye 2 wire nikalte hai apne is video mein red or black colour ka use kiye hai.. lekin usme se konsa woofer ke plus mein jayga aur konsa minus mein, pcb board se kaise pata kare matlab uska connection dekhke kaise pata chalega... Ye mujhe janna hai agar app mujhe thora sa help kare to a66a hote..

जो आप ने मल्टीमीटर का लिंक दिया क्या वो मल्टीमीटर को dc में सेट करने पर भूल से ac वोल्ट नाप ले तो उड़ (खराब) तो नही जायगा। प्रोटेक्शन हैं।
और क्या इसे clamp मीटर (टाँग टेस्टर) की तरह उपयोग में लाया जा सकता है। amper नाप सकते हैं।
