This '"Nightmare" campaign was played with every possible custom difficulty slider maxed out (Enemies HP, Dmg, ACC, etc... as well as crippled eco, crippled adventurers and all campaign sliders maxed out), on Ironman, Permadeath, and the Doomclock ON (15/15).
