Actually I believe it was closer to the late 1990’s when Christopher Bailey took over as Design Director…when the label changed over. I still have a few cashmere sweaters, and coat from the early 90’s that have the old label, so it must’ve been closer to 1997/1998, Perhaps.🤷🏽♀️. Quality always prevails.

I have been buying mens ties lately and will style with blouses. Us ladies need to bring back the neckties since the men are not going to wear them and save from the landfills. I’ve seen purses made with them and also skirts. TFS

I came up with that on my own as well because we are having a boat party next weekend and I am making some wide legged pants and bought a hat that actually has little sailboats on it on etsy. That’s a vintage Burberry. Burberry’s is the original name then in the 80’s it was changed into Burberry. Plenty of their vintage trench has that tag.
