1:40 - 7th MINT (plot 14): Fro-yo, recipe pic taken on 8/9
2:09 - 8th LEMON GRASS(plot 8) & BASIL variety (plots 12 & 14) & MINT (plot 14): Sun tea
2: 47 - 9th SWISS CHARD (five color and Barese) & KALE (plot 12): Sautéed greens
3:17 - 9th SWEET POTATO (red and white) plots 14 & 15: Sweet potato puri (Traditionally made with ube)
4:14 - 13th BOTTLE GOURD or DUDHI in Gujrati (plot unknown, given by fellow gardener): Split yellow chickpeas and Bottle gourd/dudhi curry/saag
5:14 - 14th EDAMAME (plot 15) & BASIL (plot 14): Penang curry (Thai)
5:59 - 15th LETS TAKE A BREAK: Highlight for the month of swallow tail butterfly while out in the field of zinnia flowers (plot 8)
7:05 - 16th BASIL (plot 14): garnish on charcuterie plate and topping on pizza
7:28 - 16th ONIONS (plot 8): topping on pizza
8:53 - 20th CARROT/GARLIC (plot 8): ferment
9:31 - 21st ONIONS (plot 8): caramelized onions to top perogies
9:54 - 22nd ELEPHANT GARLIC (plot 8): roasted elephant garlic spread
11:11 - 24th MALABAR SPINACH (patio): roll up with roasted elephant garlic spread
11:51 - 26th EGGPLANT (plot unknown, given by a fellow gardener ) & OKRA (plot 8): Roasted as part of sides for dinner
12:39 - 27th BASIL (plot 14): garnish for watermelon feta salad
13:04 - 28th GARLIC CHIVES (plot 14): seasoning and garnish for Indian curried fried rice
13:47 - 30th PARSLEY & BASIL (plot 14): garnish for pizza
14:18 - 31st MALABAR SPINACH (patio): stir fry/sautéed BASIL: garnish for vodka sauce pasta & topped with roasted elephant garlic cheese spread
