It’s technical. It’s immigration policy. They can come back to normal early and they might not come back. People r living with the overstay. Some can’t stay and are back to Nigeria. The only truth I will tell u. U r all for urself abroad. You will take responsibility for anything. If anyone say come they can’t be responsible for u and if they say don’t come they can’t be responsible for u to remain in Nigeria. But people r living and working with the overstay.

You have asked this same question and it’s still same answer. The only visa approval now is b12 for Nigerians. Others are sleeping.
My visa have been rejected 2 times

B2 is convertible. But they r rejecting and it’s a matter of luck now. So I can’t say if submitted it will be approved or not. Immigration decides
