I still don't think Stewie should be an igl, his calls and protocols are too slow and he ends up holding angles too much because he is processing his calls to his teammates. If you don't get faster as an IGL, give it up because it will basically mean you learned nothing from your time as an IGL previously. Yeah I know I'm a keyboard warrior blah blah blah ego on me all you want, but the results spoke for themselves. CS2 is a faster game now, it'll be even harder to dominate.
You probably need to fix your aim. Its not like Stew that we know on his prime. But anyway welcome back!
