- Hero and the Terror is a 1988 American action film starring martial arts icon Chuck Norris. Directed by William Tannen, produced by Menahem Golan, and written by Michael Blodgett, the film was distributed by Cannon Films. Norris plays Danny O'Brien, a cop determined to stop a serial killer known as "The Terror," portrayed by Jack O'Halloran. The film is based on Michael Blodgett's 1982 novel of the same name.

I've got the movie in mind, but I can't remember the name of it.
Doctors get some guy and shoot him up with some kind of serum that makes him not die. The guy goes around killing people and finally Chuck gets him. I think he Kicks him down a well.

Met Chuck at Vietnam Wall in Wash DC veterans day 1986 his brother Weiland Norris was killed in man 1st month in country 1970?
I couldn't understand why He brought the priest to Her in the hospital and why She was in there, at the end of the film.
