Boyd: “Give a Loaded Gun to a 10 year old. Do I look Crazy to you?” A great line because at least he is rational enough to not give a Gun to a child, and yet he’s still paranoid about everyone else.
Never really thought about it but...how does this insane guy actually manage to teach or enable clairvoyance, when Raz didn't know it before hand? How does he learn (i mean outside of the game world and in universe)?
The wiki doesn’t say too much about it besides him possibly knowing the technique himself. Boyd may be psychic to a certain extent, seeing how he knows about how Clairvoyance works and is able to teach Raz.
Maybe Coach Oleander had to do with it? Since the Coach is responsible for implanting the whole Milk Man persona in Boyd's mind. He may have used Clairvoyance on Boyd as a part of that process, and Boyd spending long periods of time with his psychic tormentor left a strong enough impression on Boyd's psyche that Raz could learn from it?

I absolutely never get tired of hearing Boyd's lines. His VA totally nailed the character
