Also Ik u might re-heart this comment but I’m commenting in my comment anyway, but the reason why Isabell has a insanity bar, is because of the fact of how she’s in a coma, and now has sanity issues, but if she gets too insane, she has to struggle to not become insane, so when she becomes insane, she is, (yes you are seeing what I am about to say) going to be tied up by heartless, who takes an advantage because of that, and ties up Isabell, and then he stabs her with his tentacle, so she dies, and that is the explanation of Heartless second jumpscare, and as to why Isabell has insanity issues, she is in a coma, deal with it.
