I've bin struggling with my waight for bout 4 years I was slim all my life then medication put waight on me, I stopped taking the medication and took two years get bk almost to my right waight I'd bin at my ideal waight for two weeks and got pregnant that was a blessing but I managed to put on 4 stone it's bin a year n I've still two stone to loose it makes u feel sluggish I've bin fighting , I tend to get discouraged and comfort eat, I pray for strength deduction an dysaolne to help drop two stone my BMI says I'm over waight I just want to look and feel healthy n confident again amen
