It is a bad tank, really good game doesnt mean that tank is good.

You don't get to claim its bad because YOU PERSONALLY can't play it. Most WOT players avarage garbage stats on their char futurs... is that a bad tank as well? Tank that anyone can play requires 0 skill like 279E or Minotauro

You and Daki are the only people I’ve heard say the 215b is good in the last 5 years.
It's easy to explain that feeling that once you play it, you get penned, once you shoot at it, you bounce. Those shots at the cupola were really poor and in haste. FV215B was the iconic first tier 10 British heavy; it has its own personality.
the Fv215b is actually surprisingly good. The really only thing holding it back is the fact it seems to get set of fire/ammo racked every other shot, but assuming you can work around it, its actually very strong
Exp hp helps a lot in these cases
@@Dakillzor wouldn't surprise me tbh. I think I 3 marked it Nov of 2022? So I probably didn't even have exp hp but I was pretty impressed with how decent it handled. Tbh I only even tried it because it had super low reqs for 3rd mark and I was always told it sucked but it was actually pretty fun
The fact that I can play this tank better than S.Conq is a serious issue in itself 😂
I like this tank. It’s in the same category as the bat25t and 50b for me where it actually takes game knowledge and skill to play it properly unlike a lot of tanks in this game
I believe, it is only unicums who can make this tank work. The skill cap is veeeery high, but it has been my favorite tank since the get go, was my first Tier X, and I could never actually make the SConq work better than this one. I'm happy finally someone is showing the world that this tank is actually one of the best heavies - even if it is not necessarily a true heavy.

I can not make the S. Conqueror work; FV215b feels so much better for me. I gotta play it again soon.
Couldn't explain it, but I have a sub 50% winrate on the S.Conq and ~57% on the FV215b. Love this tank, was my first tier 10.
bro, u need to keep ur tank "up" so the turret weak point always doesnt show. also ur kinda slowish..turbo would be nice

I love 215b, how it looks, how it feels, it is a tank from good old times, when almost every top tier tank felt unique with its' pros and cons.
It felt so much different from is-7, e5, maus. When they introduced an sconq it was (and still is, now the dpm is lower as well) an e5 that was slower but overall better in every other aspect except for a shell type and a lower plate

I absolutely stick to my guns regarding the FV215B. Sure, an absolute top-notch player like Daki can have lots of great games in it, but most people (me certainly included) rarely get to realize the potential of the admittedly great gun when the rest is a heavy with mostly non-existant armour. So, I totally disagree with Daki on this one, and to be fair, this isn't the only one I did not agree with from his list. Frankly, there are several lists like that from various streamers, but I have never disagreed with one of them as much as I have disagreed with Daki's. To be fair, he made it clear that it was his personal list, but I still feel he has been up there too long too realize that what works great for him does not necessarily work well for us regular Joes.
Btw, I find the Caps Lock "the TRUTH" rhetoric in the title a bit immature. No offence.
To be fair, he did mention later in the video, that its not a tank for average or below average players, since they will hardly ever be able to maximise the gun potential which is more or less the only great thing about the tank.

Now I want to see you playing the E5. Bought it last christmas and jesus this tank is such a good combination of the thing : very good gun, decent mobility, good armor (lower plate can be so trollish) with good turret and a cupola that can be used to bait people. I just see this tank as a renegade at tier 10 with more armor and better gun.
E5 is amazing
I think fv215b needs 10-15 more shells and increased turret armour. Sconq stock turret all the way at tier 10 feels... poor, especially with only 7 degrees of gun depression behind it
Daki, if you don't mind a suggestion.... You're a great player but there are a number of great players posting game videos. What I would LOVE to see from you is some competitive team games with your comments regarding the calls you are making and the various triggers. I watched you play many times with Fame but now that you are kinder and gentler CC, we don't get the Daki micro managing 15 tanks at a time in battle, even with the screaming. No one can do what you do, I'm not sure you can explain it all but can you try? I'd sub in a heartbeat as would every caller playing WOT today.

@@Dakillzor You just played in the Onslaught thing, I know it's 7v7 but still org team play. In any case, I was just suggesting something that would differentiate you from other CCs, calling battles is something no one else can do the way you do in the world. In business, you find something you're the best at and monetize it. Just a thought....
@@Dakillzor Let me be more specific: weekly video idea - "Guest Caller" with Daki. Once per week you do a guest call with a different clan for an Advance. Pick clans with different skill levels so you have different levels of complexity, tank comp and maps. Talk through decision trees as information changes, you do this automatically but try to explain it. This would be unique content created by the best. Subs would skyrocket!
I 3 marked this tank...I still would put it in barely playable, the gun is good, and you have hp, but for me at least the frontal fires made it very frustrating to play...made it hard to make good trades
Experimental equipment removes the fires like magic.

@@megtvedt6120 It used to catch fire at least once in 3 battles but it haven't burned in my last 10 battles after putting this equipment on. I have it a level 2 with 70% to module durability.
Good gun, good DPM, good HP pool. The gun mantlet only has 247 mm armor so its not hard to deal with it you see it on the other team. I have the experimental hardening on mine so I don't have fire issues.
The FV has one of the best guns on a tier X HT. It was true a decade ago, it's true today. But... It has some drawbacks, but not so much that it's as terrible as many want it to be
I really love these videos watching an expert player showing the strengths and weaknesses of a tank but changing your mindset to bring out the best in a bad tank making it work. Nice one respect at you Dakillzor 😎👌
I believe the FV215b was my first tier 10 tank, and after hearing a lot of people complaining about how bad it is and how this one packs the lowest WRs (approx 45%) I decided to make it work, first battle 5.4k damage and it was my record
I still love to come back to this tank when I feel like having fun

I believe I may have fought you earlier as I saw an fv 215b with your camo and very aggro play style. Gutted I didn’t get a cameo but just know that if an m4 54 absolutely clapped you on redshire, that was me ❤️. Keep up the work
To be fair, the FV it's a good tank if u are a good player, cause you don't need to suffer to discover how the tank perform in the actual meta. I remember marking the tank in 120 battles, and then just playing it for fun, the gun is godlike if u know how to aim (even when is trolling you), but i think most people doesn't perform good because they get use it to the actual meta, when a lot of tanks has big caliber guns, strong turrets, tiny cupolas, high pen and a big etc. And when you have to use the FV you're facing a lot of this stuff and you have to think when to move, when trade hp and even HOW you will trade Hp, cause it's really easy catch fire or get ammoracked, to be fair it's kinda anoying for a lot of people who doesn't want to play like the very old meta in this game, if u have a tank who made the same stuff like the FV but it's much easier to play, they'll take that option, just because it's more fun and easy to play. If i have to think about the FV nowadays, i'll say it's a good tank that has a high skill gap, some people will enjoy it (just because the tank is old and ist's fun use the brain) and other people will hate it cause you have to learn how to use it in a proper way.
I dont have this tank, but I remember when this was the top of tree for UK, it was good, now it is rarely seen. To me this tank is "similar" to the 113, because of the high rate of fire, good DPM and is best played sidescrapping. of course there is some difference, FV is much slower plus the better handling gun, makes it feels better. 113 gun is not bad, but the tank is fast so handling might feel not as good as mid range. FV should have better armor, 113 not as good rely more on angle, but is faster. I used to love the 113 back then, haven't played it since 7 8 years ago and i dont even have it anymore. i afraid i would be disappointed with its latest form.
Gun wise 113 is not even on the same planet as 215b. The 113 still however have good enough gun handling, along with much better armor and mobility
@@JWil97 yea, the only similar thing is the relatively high DPM and ROF, 113 also higher alpha. not sure the 113 has better armor tho, a lot of that rely on your speed and "hope" that they miss your lower plate, the hatches on turret are quite big, side has no magic unlike IS7.
@@timothy1949 113 definitely has better armor than fv, much better. Better upper plate, much better turret, lower profile (more compact armor layout), and even though it doesnt have is7-level of side armor, it's still way better than fv's side. Fv is autopen for anything above 300mm apcr, 113 is not

Another fine example of how difficult it seems for certain players to accept that there is no one-size-fits-all in WoT. And Daki is not alone with his verdict regarding FV: Mailand also had a very positive review some years ago. So suck it up, doubters. There's a zillion ways to play the game. Maybe it is also your individual skill and preference which keep you from playing well with a specific tank.
It's nice that people have skill issue and don't play FV. I would not like it when every game there's a laser gun on the enemy team
I got this tank for one sole reason that it look so cool, turn out it was a great choice. It's the only tank that i 3 marked in just over 100 games, with exp hardening fire rarely happen. Great gun & great agility makes it a lot more fun to play than sconq hulldown gameplay

Honestly I'd like to see more FVs in RB. Sad that It's too situational due to It's weak hull and back positioning of the turret. Still good tank that definetly needs more light on it
FV in lesta version feels actually quite nice. Damage is buffed to 440 instead of 400 and it pretty much compensate minor negatives for me, but as its stands now, I would rather do 400 in sconq than in FV.
Figure that now that it costs 12k bonds to buy, and there could be a large number of players that do not have it, that WG could buff it in order to get people to spend the 12k, and then nerf it.
You can see the blindshot on the T57 hit, but bounces and flies up in the air (game 2).
Yeah I agree, that apart from the 'burning' and why I use the 'enhanced ' equ on this tank is quite vital. But the gun is likea dream came true. You Daki use full gold, but I would never go this far as some targets are just fine with the AP or even with the HESH sometimes. Full APCR is an overkill... In Grand Battles or otherwise full T10 games, you may need those APCR ammo, but when shooting at a wheelchair or an arta, the best option is HE. And funnyly enough, sometimes AP shells will penetrate in situations where APCR or HEAT won't work. But that is about the angles and spaced armor and all that ****.
I believe FV's 120MM gun's the highlight of the tank, but I also believe my S Conq has the same gun. I would like to try this FV tank but not for 12,000 bonds.
I personally like the tank but I also can't get it to work. I know the thing that holds me back is the side scraping skill cap but knowing that and executing it are completely different things.
And honestly given your track record and skill level no one should expect the same strengths and performance you ranked the list at. You are able to play regardless of the weaknesses. Though I'd be curious what tanks that are too hopeless for you to get a decent game from.

I love the tank as well, even if I'm struggling to get the 3rd mark, but imo apart from the armor buffs it needs it also needs an ammo capacity buff

And by the way: I would choose FV215b any day of the week instead of the Super Conqueror. Ut can't even side scrape like this FV215b. Yes the turret is a bit better and the upper hull, but the FV215b is like a damage dealer medium tank what comes to its' gun handling. The shots go where you aimed them and as you already have one of the best or even tehe best DPM on any T10 heavy tank, you just rio aoart your opponets no matter what tank it is. I just recently on Murovanka map end up facing this notorious FV4201 Chieftain and I killed him just because of my rate of fire... he surely penned me, but I had my hit points and even greater DPM... Fv is not a 'Front line'-heavy, but in city-maps where there is not so much room for a flanking, it is just devastating... I mean there is a big difference on if you are aiming for a cupola or an other weakspot and actually hitting it. I have in my FV215b 3756 DPM which is quite allright.. I would say :)

This tank is more of a sniper rather than a heavy. But has the best gun in the game imho, apart from the drawbacks. British tanks enjoy accurate guns. Also they make this tank great again, by simply nerfing S.Conq. :) As long as you don't use it as pure heavy.
There are quite a few enjoyable tanks that are hard to play at t10, 215b and e5 are deffo 2 of them. Both have very clear strengths (gun, dpm and rather nice mobility) but their armor is full of weakspots. 50b is an even more extreme case

I has no armor whatsoever tho, it is even easier to pen it then Tier 9 conq. Don't bother with other opinions, armor is as situational as T57s armor
That being said, Daki liking the gun and HP pool is completely on point, but it makes the tank at best playable/above avg, so there is bias for sure😂

FV 215B needs a buff to be honest for my suggestion
Needed Ammunition buff from 35 to 48
Damage from 400 to 420
Mobility from forward 34 to 39/ Reverse 12 to 16
Engine power 950 to 1000
Gun accuracy/ aim time keeps the same
Way to much
Just buff side armor so this "rear turret" tank can actually sidescrape like a rear turret tank.

Just because you have an obviously higher RNG than the average ppl, doesn't mean you can recommend or not a tank.
I've seen your videos and I can tell you that your account is definitely buffed! Yes, you are a great player but your tank doesn't shoot the ground or over the enemy tank, after a 3-5 seconds aiming time😊.
your gameplay has nothing to do with the reality of other players experience in the game!
