I still think the cabinets are been built wrong, the guy says it's louder with the windows open which makes sense because the cabin is a third sealed enclosure stuck to the front of a bandpass box. I think if you turned the car into a 4th order, run a sealed box and have a port from the cabin to the outside world. You would be sitting in the front chamber. With this, at it's tuned freq you would have both the speakers and outside atmosphere creating sound pressure in the cabin.
Can you build this example and make a video?
The reason I said it was louder windows open was at higher fq , outside of my tuning area . If u build a less than 1000" cone area build that breaks a 60 @20 would love too get a demo brother.
I have two 15 inch orion hcca's, running 2 hifonics Zeus 3200,s wired to 1 ohm, 2 agm batteries, 2 aught wiring, big three, etc. What do u need to do to get it louder? I'd like some professional advice if anyone can help that'd be awesome. But I've seen 2 15 inch hccas before on here tear some shit up and I wanna know what I'm doing wrong
Hey thanks for watching! So if your box is custom and built for your tuning goal that is a start. Also your only putting around 1k clamped per sub I would guess which is not enough for them to get moving in an optimal box. Make sure your electrical is good using a voltage meter. If it was me I would upgrade to two 3-4K class d amps and see how it does.

What size aero port? I’m doing 2 zvx 15’s at .5 ohm on a skv2 4500 but I don’t know what aero port size I should go with🤷🏾♂️ I want a 150+db set up
I've used dam. Ear every skar sub and amp. By best set up was with 2 vxf 12s on a sk3500, did a 151.1 at 32hz. Of I were you, I'd switch the zvxs for the ddxs. They are much more sensitive and have a way higher usable motor force then then vxf and zvxs. My good buddy has 2 ddx 12s on 5k doing 156s In a truck. Just depends on the build and vehicle. But I'd definitely recommend the ddxs over the zvxs. Don't listen to the trash regurgitation on fb skar groups. Talk to Jon nelson. Or message me on fb and I'll help ya. Fb: JJ Ferris

He considered 4 15s as low cone area for the SPL score and lows he was doing. Example, vs. 12 15s with a lot more come area doing same thing

This just popped in my recommend and is there any point to this other than just because you can? If this is what people enjoy tho more power to them. (It is a little annoying when someone cruises by at 3am with a system like this tho)
There is a competitive side and an entertainment side. I wouldn't want to summarize everything that makes an audio enthusiast but I can say the majority of people who are disrespectful to others aren't serious about the hobby. Any dickhead can spend $2000 on a system and annoy people. Someone really skilled can make a system just as loud for $300 if that makes sense.
