  • This is a Full Court Drill that develops conditioning, penetrate and kick skills, as well as finishing skills. You can work on the 3 Base Finishes (3's, Pull-Ups, and Lay-Ups) and than you can add two advance finishes daily. Advance finishes are (reverse lay-up, inside hand lay-up, runners and floaters).
