Excellent content
I tried your technique for riveting the nut plates and I am getting excellent results. Much more consistent than I could manage before. Thanks for the video.
Your welcome.
What router and program are you using to do this work. Thanks for the video.
The router I made. The software is Mach 3.
@@BSpotBuilds thanks for getting back to me. Had you worked with Mach 3 and done CNC before or did you learn the process just for this build? Thanks again
@@amtpdb1 I have previous experience with both, but don't let that hold you back. You can learn as you go and CZcams has all the training you need. A good project will help drive you toward you goal.
Hi. I haven't started with my wings yet but would like to do the inspection covers and ring so long. Would you mind sharing the dimensions or if possible, the files for machining them? Thanks
I made all my covers the same size and they are larger than some I have seen. One draw back is they use more nut plates and once you get them fully assembled they are heavier than you might think. I will post a one time link to the Fusion 360 files. I would consider them a starting point. Use them at you own risk. For the router I used an 1/8 bit and a 1" collar.

@@BSpotBuilds thanks but it seems the files were deleted from the server. Maybe some dimensions would help me to model it myself.
