How to install and use the Joie Every Stage rear facing car seat

The Joie Every Stage is a car seat that can be used rear facing from birth to 18kg, forward facing from 9-18kg (not recommended) and then as a high back booster from 15-36kg.

Did all this and there’s still a ton of movement, especially side to side. What am i doing wrong?

That only happens if the belt has not been pulled tight enough. Does your car have leather seats by any chance? It can be harder to get on solid fit on those.

⁠@@RearFacingToddlers Seatbelt is as tight as I can get it. i do have leather seats, but that seems like it can’t be all that’s going on. There is a LOT of movement
