i bought many roses because of your videos since we are in the same growing zone. My Desdemonas bloomed today and boy the color in real life is even better than what I saw on screen. However, I was extremely disappointed with DA customer service, out of 8 roses that I ordered 4 had Rose cranker and, half of Alexandra’s root was broken and now dead. But 3 Desdemonas’ roots are healthy and bloomed within 1 month. I sent them email with pics and they said my roses are health and they were rude😂This is my first time ordering from DA and was expecting more quality roses than this. Always have good experiences with heirloom roses. Menagerie has excellent pricing.
oh that sucks, i have ordered a lot from them and i have encountered any canker problems. i'm starting to like own roots more and more so my go to place is usually from heirloom or the 2 qrt roses from david austin
for potted roses, i use slow release fertilizer (the monthly type) and also do weekly fish fertilizer, as of right now, i water every 3 days, but will increase the frequency when it gets hotter, as for insect and disease prevention, i have a handyman who sprays them for me
the only benefit i can see is it can go longer before repotting is needed, and also it's easier to transplant from the air-pot as we can just unwrap it so roots system wouldn't be damaged in the process

Your roses are beautiful, you could tell how you fertilize them.
