I done a lot of research before choosing Cannon. Their customer service is out of this world, and their warranty is 100 % !!!

Cannon safes are JUNK!!! Support is non existent!!!
      Don't waste your money.
I've been jacked around for 2 months waiting on parts.
I've called and emailed every week and they dodge me.
You can call cannon for extras but don't expect any setvice.
I had a malfunction becauss of a flaw in the design and they won't send me the update.
Mike Mercado was the contact that dropped the ball!

It's a little misleading when they say Cannon Safe factory in California. It's Baja California in Mexico. I myself thought they had a plant in the US.

My Cannon safe came with 2 keys. If the electronic lock malfunctions i have a key to get in it.

Which safe families are made in California, and which are made in China? Why aren't the locks standard among the various safe families (i.e. Shield, Safari, Scout, Commander) ?

Video says made in California, I can't find them. But I did find them in Mexico! Are you going to put Grandpa's Winchester in a Mexican safe??

Cannon lost a sale on me a couple day's ago, I was getting ready to pull the trigger and buy one. Simply because they do not offer a mechanical dial combination lock option instead of the electronic keypad lock. Do some research and you'll find some real horror stories of some of those electronic keypad locks going out and then you cannot open your safe without a hefty locksmith bill.

NLINE7 Be glad you didn’t buy one of these piles of shot. Mine is less than a year old. The lock is broken and it won’t open. They have been jerking me around since December 12th. I will be making a CZcams video to help people from making the same mistake I did in buying one of these. I will be buying a real safe in the near future.STAY AWAY FROM CANNON. Absolute garbage.

I have not bought a new gun safe yet. As I stated not even considering Cannon at all anymore. My father-in-law bought a Cannon about a year and half ago. I didn't have the heart to tell him he might have really screwed up buying a Cannon safe. I told my brother-in-law though, your dad had better hope that keypad lock does not go bad. I'm looking at the Liberty Safes now and the one I'm thinking about is around $1500-1600 bucks I believe. Just need to come up with the extra cash lol.

@@rosibelrodriguez2847 Yep Tractor Supply in my area started handling Liberty safes and I was glad to hear that. I still have in mind to get one, but don't know when. Seems like I get a little extra cash going toward the gun safe fund and something else pops up and takes that away lol. Someday soon though I hope to get one.
