- सावधानी रखें - डो को अच्छी तरह से गूंथे इसमे कोई क्रेक नहीं हो और यह ड्राइ न हो. अगर डो में पर्याप्त नमी नही है और यह ड्राइ है तो तलते समय फूलने के बजाय चटक सकता है. इसे धीमी आग पर ही तलें. हाई फ्लेम या मीडियम हाई फ्लेम पर न तलें.
तलते समय थाली से अवश्य ढक लें.
Important : Be careful while kneading the dough. Make sure it's well kneaded. Knead it for 5-6 minutes minimum. There should be no cracks or air trapped inside. Fry the kurkure on low flame. We got some complaints of the Kurkure bursting while cooking. Also, cover the Kadhai with a Thali while frying.

बेसन - 1/4 कप (30 ग्राम)
अरारोट - 1/4 कप (30 ग्राम)
नमक - 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
चाट मसाला- 1 छोटी चम्मच
काश्मीरी लाल मिर्च - छोटी चम्मच

Chickpea Flr -1/4 cup (30 gm)
Ararot or Corn flr - 1/4 cup (30 gm)
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Lal Mirch - 1 tsp

I followed the recipe as instructed. The oil exploded and burnt my hand. Be careful while preparing this.
Bcuz of 2:24...arrarot/corn flour besan ke sath hi dalna tha..na ki aate banne k baad..I applied corn flour with besan itself..no issues

Hello Ma'am.
I tried this recipe and I don't know what exactly went wrong, I'm assuming that the poha might have trapped in alot of moisture while making the dough, and also the Kurkures that I made were thick.
While I was frying them, after some time the Kurkures burst open and the oil suddenly splashed very high and spread over the counter. Thankfully nothing very serious happened, although my mom and I did get a few splashes of hot oil on our arms.
Could you please tell us where it might have gone wrong to avoid something like this happen again?
I'm a fan of your work and do watch many of your videos and have loved many of your recepies. No hate. ☺️
