    It is the state that manifests, thoughts come from the state. You do not need to change your thoughts, you need to change your state. Thoughts reveal to you which state you’re in. If you want to know if you have succesfully occupied a new state, look at your thoughts and reactions.

      Exactly! And that viewpoint completely destroys the fear and worry that if you have a crappy thought, or are in a crappy mood, that will manifest (which is complete balls!)

      But we affirm/change thoughts to get into the state right? I mean atleast for me it’s not as easy as flipping a switch there’s a ton of underlying things from the past etc that we need to work through plus gain a wonderful self concept because I think most of us realize how low we thought of ourselves or just had no self respect. In my head it’s really hard to reach the state but through persistence and holding myself accountable I know I will get there eventually. What is y’alls process to get into the state? 💞:)

      @@aliicendll Not really. You don’t need to do anything with your thoughts. Construct a short scene that implies your wish has been fullfilled and imagine that as many times you like. At first you may still have the same thoughts popping up but as you keep imagining, they will pop up less and less and instead you will notice that you have new thoughts. For example if you want to be in a happy relationship with someone(specific or not specific), you could imagine a friend or a family member saying that they’re glad that you are together and that you look so happy together. You imagine that everyday, as many times as you wish and your thoughts will start to change.

    Nice video! It's especially hard for people who have big, and bad, trauma! It's hard to think positively when you have anger, trauma, and mental health, issues (not necessarily mental illness)! Also resisting your negative thought (like the pink elephant example) just helps them bounce back bigger! I'm glad that not all thoughts matter (at least not one small, bad, thought)!

      As someone with some major trauma, I agree that it’s not good to resist negative thoughts. We shouldn’t identify with those thoughts though. Another thing I found helpful in my healing is letting go of the idea that I’m a victim of the things that happened. And to stop pitying myself. Know that you CAN heal, and stop telling yourself it’s hard or impossible.

    Seriously almost took my life due to fighting these thoughts I’d obsess over trying not to think these thoughts that I’d react to them and just wanted to literally end my life. This helped me - but now the rest is what did I manifest fighting these thoughts- I feel like I’m going crazy because they won’t stop. Who wants to live this way?

    Tuesday, 1 August 2023: Hello Missy! How wonderfully refreshing and reassuring this video is. You so calmly and clearly explain this whole conundrum of intrusive thoughts. The proponents of the Law of Attraction have sown the seeds that EVERY thought creates, so now we are afraid to think. This just adds to the panic many feel when deliberately creating and manifesting. This video is golden. I would venture to say that even the intrusive “bad” thoughts, even when we believe them or feel them to be real in the moment, only create anxiety. It is when those thoughts become a habitual state and a”default setting” is where the danger lies, as these are in conflict with our desires, which is the I Am. Would you agree or disagree?

      I suffered from really repetitive intrusive thoughts for quite some time due to my OCD, however, like some of the things
      Missy said in this video, I started to bring conscious awareness to my thought stream, and when I would catch and recognise an intrusive thought, I started applying a label to the thought as 'intrusive'. Sometimes I'd make a body gesture at the same time to bring myself closer to my presence by snapping my fingers. It took a little bit of time to become more conscious of my thoughts and be able to catch the intrusive ones, but after a while, the thoughts began to label themselves when they'd come in and over time they stopped altogether. I still have intrusive thoughts sometimes, but as soon as I catch them, I just apply the label and snap my fingers, and they discard pretty fast. The key is persistence, discipline and to have patience with yourself. Hope this helps

    Thank you Missy, your video appeared just on time. I have been struggling with flipping thoughts and it made me feel uncomfortable and exhausted tbh. Sometimes I don’t even brave enough to admit i have feared that i could manifest anything but sp. Deep down inside i still hold on to the old story and i need an explanation for why he blocked me out of no where. And sometimes i even asked if it’s worth it to manifest someone that I don’t even know much about him as we just met few time?

      I found out today that my SP didn't actually ever loved me but just used me for sex, worse than that she actually faked being my friend in the beginning. Still find it a bit hard to accept, she didn't just admit it but also said she enjoyed doing it, I was basically a big human doll for her own pleasure 💀🔫💥.
      So, if your SP blocked you with no logic reason, maybe they just never loved you. I wouldn't have believed it until she herself told me. Find someone better 😁👍🏼...

      ​@@MiguelMedVYou do understand that this is a manifestation channel, right? As such, whatever awful things your SP has told you were a reflection of dominant assumptions that existed within your mind, at least at a subconscious level. They could be related to general fears and impressions of not being truly loved or being taken advantage of by those close to you or not being enough or not being worthy.
      In any case, you do want to identify what within you may have been reflected as that and begin to revise it. If you do want your SP back in your life, you want to begin practicing forgiveness for both of you, and start changing the stories within about her and yourself.

      @@letsdomath1750 I do know that and I've been doing inner work this past week for that reason. Still, my assumptions don't change the fact that there's still people like that, but I believe they're the reason I attracted someone like that into my life.
      So, now I'm being more careful with what I assume to be true deep down and thinking about other people, whatever happens with this girl is none of my business. I don't have an SP at the moment 😆...

    I have an important question about reaction to thoughts which is a veryyyy important loophole no mentor points out: is it reaction to thoughts about things that might happen or things that have already happened? I react with chronic rage to things that have happened but then I also react to things that may happen again. That's in terms of reacting to the negative thoughts. By reacting do you only mean to thoughts about prospective stuff or does it also include thoughts to past events? Thanks

    Hi again, Missy! This is not really related to the video but I want to know whether it's better to manifest in steps or go all the way to the end? I know some people say that it's better to go all the way to the end like for example, you definitely should manifest a relationship with your SP rather than just getting a text because what you actually want is the relationship, not the text. And I agree with that. But for some other scenarios, is it also fine to manifest in steps? As long as you don't take the little steps manifested as final and keep going? Would love a video on this!

    I respectfully disagree with this video. I’ve had negative thoughts that I’ve just been aware of and not feared or focused on come out of the blue & they manifested anyway when I didn’t want them to & I didn’t think or fear they would. ❤

    Great video!! For anyone wondering about Missy's courses, i just finished her 12wk Master course and it was AMAZING!!! I've been on the conscious manifestation path since the book The Secret came out. I've been drawn to and studied with MANY teachers. Even after finding Neville Goddard’s teachings i struggled. Different guides interpreted things in different ways or couldn't really give definitive answers to questions or even seemed to change their answers which led me to lose confidence in what they were teaching. Then i found Missy's channel...omg! Talk about resonating with her approach! And if you've ever felt that way about something, like it "speaks" to you, like your brain is shouting "THIS! This is what you need to listen to!" then you know it's not just some woo-woo term. Her program had an INCREDIBLE amount of information. Every week we got new videos and printables and workbooks to help us. It's an incredibly well crafted program that takes you from the very beginning to learning how to implement conscious creation as a lifestyle. You don't want to wait for something to go off the rails and then panic and start doing sats and affirmations and video bingeing and doing happy dances while clutching your "positive vibes only" mug...no, if you want a dream life you need to build a solid foundation of knowledge, discipline and practice. If you want consistency in conscious creations you can't just try hit or miss with your efforts.
    Oh! AND every week we had a live group session to ask any questions we had, share successes, whatever we wanted to talk about. And she could easily charge 3times what she's offering it at, i cannot even imagine the amount of time and effort she has put into developing and fine tuning it. And she offers a payment plan which is the only way i was able to do it at the time. I'm telling you, if you want to literally change your life....this is it.

      I've consciously manifested a lot of things....money, attention from my sp, a job for a friend....I still struggle with self-concept I think because I have a lot of deeply ingrained beliefs that I'm working on changing or getting rid of all together 😊
