The blond guy wasn't wearing a ring with a FUG pattern on it. It was Jahad style jewelry as he refers to it later. The pattern isn't the same as the one on his robes. In season one the green April as well as the black march both have red symbols on them. They're like three red eyes or something.

FUG and Zahad simbols have some similarities but they are two different factions. Also Bam is a badass. ps: There was around a 6 years time skip on the webtoon between season 1 and season 2.
Repellista's butler (Alumik) is also a Guide, just like Evan. They have the same surname, Edrok. Some of their characteristics are silver hair and short body.

About time skip (no spoilers) Between s1 and s2 there is a 6 year time skip. But time flows and is percieved differently in the tower, more accurate would be equivalent of our 1.5/2 years. 6 years physically but 1.5/2 years felt or percieved
